Puppett

Puppett is a director and actor based out of Los Angeles. She loves big and small stories that center on the human experience and deal with grey areas of morality. Puppett's professional directorial debut Wedlocked is a short comedy about same sex divorce inequality. Penned by Guinevere Turner, Wedlocked screened in over 40 film festivals worldwide. ​Puppett's following film, Glenda, a love letter to Twin Peaks, world premiered at the 2016 Slamdance Film Festival. She recently produced and edited Too Many Bodies, a music video dealing with gun violence in America. Directed by Reena Dutt, the video leads viewers to a website with resources for survivors and loved ones as well as information on advocacy and voting for common sense gun laws. Puppett was recently on stage in the Los Angeles Premiere of Taylor Mac's Hir at The Odyssey Theatre. Her on-screen credits include a Guest Star role on MTV's "Catfish: The Untold Stories," Co-Star on a Comedy Central Pilot, and supporting roles in Drifter (feature film) and The Mid-Autumn Dinner (short film). She is also developing several projects, ranging from a suburban goth drama to a large scale fantasy film, all of which put a female protaganist at the front of the action.
